Planning has been granted and building warrant has been submitted for a new house in Aberdeenshire. Traditional in form, but expressed externally in a contemporary language, this new build is orientated to take advantage of its southerly aspect and views. The interior has been considered in great detail, in line with the client’s requirements for a spectacular living/kitchen/dining area, and internal visualisations have been produced to give the client a clear indication of the quality of space that is being created. Construction due to commence in the summer.
