A new-build home on the outskirts of Pitmedden which takes advantage of its elevated location and orientation.  Set upon a sloping site, the main living space is located on the highest point of the site, benefitting from views over the village and further afield. This house then splits in level as it extends down the slope of the site, containing a storey and a half of further accommodation.  A single consistent roofline helps relate to the form of traditional steading properties of the area and nestling the house comfortably into its sloped site.
