This project involves the preservation of a category 'A' listed frontage
to a former steading building in a prominent location in Ballater.
The scheme maximises the development potential of the site whilst
retaining a sense of scale and detailing in keeping with the original
character of the building and its surroundings.
Due to the proximity of the River Dee the listed façade will be taken
down and reassembled slightly further inland and at a slightly higher
level.
