This project will provide 21 new rented flats and completes an earlier
development on the adjacent site for the same client, which provided
33 flats.
The site has a prominent frontage to King Street, which is a busy
commuter route and will feature a deck access solution. The stair
tower has been selected for particular design emphasis and will
incorporate a curved glass block screen.
