History

Historical Background

David Murray moved north to Aberdeen in 1979 to open a
branch office for the Edinburgh based practice, Bamber
Gray and Partners.

In 1989, the Aberdeen office changed to limited company
status with David Murray taking 50% shareholding.  Two
years later what was effectively a mangement buyout took
place and David Murray became sole Principal of the
practice. As a part of that agreement, the practice name was
changed to David Murray Associates.

Since the beginning in 1979, all projects undertaken have
been under the direct pesonal responsibility of David Murray.

The practice moved to its new home, The Radar Station, in
January 1998.
